Babar: A bar for boozers who become tipsy and unstable after a few drinks. This concept is based on my interests in cantilevering, weightlessness, drinking and balance. The concern for object/user relationship is expressed in the care for human scale, thus making it pleasurable to interact with. By choosing cylinders as the forms and bringing them into entity creates both display and storage. The base cabinet is intended to store the bottles while the halogen lamp in the upper illuminates the owner’s precious crystal glasses.
